Our school, the Lycée de la Communiation St Géraud, is a technological and vocational high school involved in the fields of corporate communication, visual communication, graphics and signs industry.
We would like now to give a European dimension to our training and we feel joining the Leonardo and Erasmus programmes will help us provide our students with better preparation to the reality of todays labor market. Thus, we would like to create a partnership with schools, businesses or institutions to welcome our students during their work placements. In return, we propose to host and support the students of our partners.
Our courses require periods of at least 4 weeks and up to 7 weeks in companies working in visual communication (printing, signage, graphics) or institutions with internal communication services.
Our students prepare the following qualifications:
l CAP Signs and Decor (Ages: 15 to 20 years old) – level V
l Bac Professional Arts and crafts - Option Graphic Communication (age: 16 to 21 years) – level IV
l BTS Business Communication (age: 18 - 23 years) – level III
l BTS Visual Communication - Multimedia and option option Edition Graphisme Advertising (age: 18-23 years) – level III
This project is really important for our school and our students. We believe it is necessary to encourage our students' mobility in Europe to better prepare them for entry into the labor market.
