Partnership Proposal - FORTES srl - Vicenza, Italy

Dear Colleagues,

My name is Andrea Cecchin and I am European Project Manager in FORTES SRL – Vicenza, ITALY.

I am writing to you in order to introduce our organisation that since 15 years  manages successfully European projects, tutoring of internships for European students and graduated, seminars and training programs for experts and teachers. Our core business is the “Leonardo da Vinci” program, but we are also  active in all LLP Programs. We are developing and improving mobility and cultural programmes by promoting them throughout Europe, increasing their quality and variety.

FORTES and CSR
FORTES srl , under its social vocation and its mission to promote the social, cultural and economic life of the people, wants to strengthen and clarify its commitment to carry out its core values. Hence our philosophy: FORTES SRL operational procedures are inspired by the principles of the European Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000) and they are available in our Code of Ethics. We want to see ourselves  like  a working group that offers self-image of a cohesive team, reliable and professionally capable towards our young and old users that are following training courses. All actions towards them want to support both civil and professional growth.

Activities which may be of interest
If you are looking for an Italian Partner our organisations will be happy to support you in mobility projects (Leonardo da Vinci, Erasmus or other programs) so you might consider us as a new Italian partner with considerable experience.

We offer quality training placements in internship companies in Vicenza (Veneto Region, 70 km from Venice) for young students or workers who would like to immerse themselves in the Italian language and culture while improving their professional career.

Of course we also offer visits or Seminars for European experts who are interested in establishing links with and studying business in the Veneto region. We are in touch with a network of companies  in our region who are certified in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social cooperatives.

We can organize learning/training experiences, even short term (2-3 weeks), for groups within the IVT. These programs include thematic workshops and visits to companies and educational institutions of the area (plus of course cultural visits).

Why Vicenza?
Vicenza is known worldwide for being artistic home of Andrea Palladio and a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, but it is also an important industrial and economic heart of a province dotted with small and medium enterprises whose manufacturing base is at the first place in Italy for turnover in exports. So we can offer a large variety of companies, in  different economic fields available to host training students.

For further  information, we attach some documents about us and our activities. If you would like to find out more about us please contact our European programs department directly by e-mail to coord@fortes.it

In each field of study students are trained on their repective specialisation.

Location. Poland is located in the geographical centre of Europe, full of friendly, hospitable, but nevertheless always grouchy people. Annually millions of tourists admire Poland’s idyllic rural landscape (somewhat flat, I admit), her touristic attractions such as the vast, mostly untouched beaches of the Baltic sea, Warmia and Mazury, rightfully known as the “Land of the Thousand Lakes”, her renowned primeval forests, sanctuaries for the last herd of the otherwise extinct European Buffalo (Bison bonasus) or ”Żubr” and the Tatra mountains with their picturesquely dressed dwellers, the “góraly”.
Everybody will find here something for their taste, interest and purse. Update leisure facilities provide recreation of the highest standards. Art galleries, museums, castles, concert halls and swimming pools, clubs and discos, country fairs and local festivals of all kind are awaiting you.Poland is ready and prepared to meet the expectancies of her most demanding guests.
Yours sincerely

Hosting partner from United Kingdom_Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus

I am writing to you from Totnes European School, a small school located in the South West of England. I would like to introduce our school and the services we offer in the hope of future collaboration, following the success of Leonardo projects so far this year. In particular, I wonder if you would be able to assist us in any way to make contacts with organisations wishing to participate in Leonardo da Vinci and/or Erasmus projects in the U.K. We would be extremely grateful for any information you may be able to pass on to us regarding schools/colleges/universities in your country.

We are very familiar with Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus projects, having had over 10 years’ experience as a UK host organisation. We continue to welcome groups of students who participate in these funded programmes, as well as individuals who contact us directly. We offer English courses, homestay accommodation with host families, and unpaid work experience placements in many professional sectors. Please note, however, that we are not in a position to send students abroad.

We offer the following services:

General English courses (15 hours per week) and General + Intensive English courses (20 hours per week) at our British Council accredited school

Unpaid work experience placements in various professional sectors

Half-board accommodation with local families

Complete organisation and supervision of the entire programme by experienced staff

During their stay in the United Kingdom, we accommodate our students with host families for both their English course and their unpaid work placement. Throughout the programme we supervise the students regularly and ask them to complete a portfolio during their placement. We present full certification upon completion of the programme.

I hope that you will find this information useful and may be able to provide us with some contact details. If you have any questions at all or would like further information about Totnes European School, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be more than happy to assist.
