In Valmiera Culture Centre takes place not only city festivals,

Summary of the project
Aims, objectives, general approach The aim of this project is to gather testimonies of Solstice and Equinox rite celebrations in Europe, creating awareness in European community about our common past, from which Solstice celebrations is a vital and conjunctive component, leading us to united Europe and conception of European identity.
