In the framework of the External Cooperation Window programme the EACEA publishes a new Call for proposals for the promotion of cooperation between higher education institutions and the exchange of students, researchers and academic staff from EU Member States and the countries targeted in the Asia Regional window.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 31st October 2008 at the latest.
