Preliminary project title -Improving Education and Training for teachers and trainers through Innovation and Best Practices
The characteristics of the organisation (main areas of educational activities, who are adult learners, etc.)- In service training teacher center of Tomelloso CEP TOMELLOSO (http://pagina.jccm.es/edu/cpr/tomelloso/ is a in service teacher training center situated in Tomelloso(LA MANCHA .-d.Quixote Land ) that gives training to primary and secondary teachers in all subjects. The Center offers courses for in –service teachers ,advises schools about innovative projects like Reading programmes , European programme ,Enterprising programmes , Bilingual education ( spanish, english, italian and french) and coordinates language assistants from diferents countries ( Uk,France,Bulgaria,USA,Canada,Italy,Greece,Romania..)
Aims, objectives, general approach - The aim is to find quality in effective teacher training in Europe through Job shadowing , best practices and Innovation .
The Grundtvig Partnership will have the opportunity to look into different ways of training through and in-service teacher training network in EU and finally to create a in service training module with the best innovation practices for teachers, education adviser and educational centers
