The team of the Bulgarian – German center for professional development in Tsarevo, Bulgaria is interested in working with You. We would like to develop European projects in the area of tourism and culinary. Our center is the result of a Bulgarian-German project which was sponsored by the European Union. Our goal is to give professional training to adults in the field of tourism. In order to ensure the success of our students we also provide them with quality training in areas like management, hospitality and culinary.
Our centre is relatively new, it was established on July 17, 2010. It is one of the five centers of its kind in Bulgaria. It is located on the coast of Black Sea in the South-East part of the country. This area is rich in natural resources, but is also very famous for its national parks and traditions. National Park “Strandja” is located close to our centre. “Nestinarstvo” is also a very popular folk tradition which originates from that part of Bulgaria and it is one of the seven cultural sites inscribed on the World Heritage Site under the direction of UNESCO.
We would like to develop our project with you in the areas of: gourmet cuisine, „Barista“ training, providing high quality hospitality and marketing.

3. Training in the area of innovative practices and technologies for the preparation of various dishes.
4. „barista“ training
5. Training in the field of marketing and commerce strategies in order to increase the interest of the puplic.
6. Development of teamwork skills in the fields of hotel and restaurant management.
7. Introduction to the modern and leading practices which will help to increase the quality of the provided tourist services.
