Preparatory meeting in Vienna in December 2011
Once the future partnership takes shape, we will invite those persons/ institutions which are interested in getting involved, to take part in a Preparatory meeting in December (8-11 December 2011, travelling days included) in Vienna. This meeting will allow us to get acquainted with each other, to highlight the competences and experiences available, to agree in detail on the future project and to define the main steps until end of January 2012.

Application for funding for a Preparatory visit
Please note that you can apply for a grant to your National Agency for covering the travel and accommodation costs! If you are not familiar with Lifelong Learning / Grundtvig, we advise you to visit the following website http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/llp/funding/2012/index_en.php

Under http://ec.europa.eu/education/lifelong-learning-programme/doc1208_en.htm you will find the button “National Agencies” which indicates the contact point for you in your country:

Normally this type of meeting is supported. But you should contact them as early as possible in order to respect national deadlines for the submission of applications for Preparatory visits within Grundtvig.
As soon as we got your answer (interested in receiving further information or not), we will provide you with details on this meeting.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need more information before taking a first decision.

With best wishes and looking forward to hearing from you soon!
